AUBURN – The Auburn University Women’s Resource Center will host its fifth Annual Women’s Leadership Conference, “Woman²: Rising to the Next Power,” Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 22-23 at the Auburn University Student Center. The conference is open to all area college and high school students and members of the community.
Workshops will cover a range of topics, from career preparation and money management to the issues of healthy relationships and world hunger. Amy Hecht, Auburn University’s assistant vice president for student affairs, will give the keynote address.
The conference begins at 4 p.m. Tuesday with panel discussions and ends at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Registration will begin at 3 p.m. on Tuesday and 8 a.m. on Wednesday.

Registration forms and fees can also be submitted at the Women’s Resource Center, 311 Martin Hall. The deadline for registration is Feb. 15.
The mission of the Women’s Resource Center is to create programs, mentoring programs and collaborations on Auburn University’s campus to enhance the livelihood of women and those in direct contact with them. It serves as a centralized hub of information and resources for Auburn’s campus on women’s initiatives, programs and issues.
