AUBURN UNIVERSITY – MartinFederal Consulting LLC has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Auburn Research Park. MartinFederal is a small, thriving socioeconomic business focused on providing high-end technology and research services to the federal government and Department of Defense.
“This move was strategic and essential as we look at staying competitive and providing innovative solutions to our federal clients,” said Corey Martin, president and CEO of MartinFederal.
The Auburn Research Park is an emerging facility opened in 2008 that is operated by the university-affiliated, nonprofit Auburn Research and Technology Foundation. For more information about the Auburn Research Park, go to http://www.auburnrtf.com.
“We are very pleased to have MartinFederal as a new resident in the research park,” said John Weete, executive director of the ARTF. “This is the type of high technology company we wish to attract to the research park.”
Since 2006, MartinFederal, an 8(a) minority, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned certified Small Disadvantaged Business, has provided the U.S. government with customer-focused, performance-based solutions using technology as an engine to drive their customers’ missions by providing support with cyber and systems security, enterprise and IT support, intelligence services and programmatics. Locating in the research park opens opportunities for collaboration between Auburn University and MartinFederal. An example is in the area of cyber security. “With MartinFederal’s expertise in cyber security and Auburn University’s emerging program in this area, combined with the relatively new Auburn University Research Center in Huntsville, MartinFederal is a perfect fit in the park,” according to Weete.
